| 24th August 2020 | Pre-admissions COVID-19 test |
| 27th August 2020 | Surgery – Roux en-Y Gastric Bypass |
| 8th October 2020 | 6 week follow-up with surgeon |
| 2nd December 2020 | 3 month follow-up with dietician |
| 3rd March 2021 | 6 month follow-up with dietician |
| 19th August 2021 | 12 month follow-up with bariatric physician |
